This policy explains your cancellation rights, returns process, refunds and warranty cover when buying from TEH Tools UK.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
After you tell us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Returned goods must be:
• Unused
• In its orignal condition
• In the original packaging
• Complete with accessories, manuals and parts supplied
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, especially for high-value tools, compressors and machinery.
3. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Some items may not be returnable for change of mind if they have been used, damaged, modified, installed, or are no longer in resaleable condition.
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
4. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the fault, damage or incorrect item
• Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a repair, replacement, refund or return in line with your legal rights.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary and this has reduced their value.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.
6. DELIVERY CHARGES
If you cancel your full order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the standard delivery charge you paid, if any.
Extra delivery charges for upgraded, express or special delivery services may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
7. WARRANTY COVER
TEH Tools UK products are supplied with a warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty length: 12 months unless stated otherwise on the product page
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
8. WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect or accidental damage
• Incorrect installation or operation
• Lack of maintenance
• Use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Commercial overuse beyond the product’s rating
• Consumable parts such as blades, discs, filters, seals, brushes, hoses, fittings and accessories unless faulty on arrival
• Damage caused by unsuitable power supply, incorrect voltage, extension leads or generators
• Products that have been modified or repaired by someone not authorised by us
9. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

• Photos or videos showing the issue
We may ask you to return the item for inspection.
If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund it depending on the circumstances.
10. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
