The TEH TG18016S is a heavy-duty 1600W corded angle grinder designed for professional and trade use where a standard 115mm grinder simply isn't big enough. With a 180mm (7-inch) disc capacity, 8500 RPM motor, and soft start technology, it handles the most demanding grinding, cutting, and polishing tasks on thick metal, structural steel, reinforcement bar, stone, and masonry.

The soft start feature gradually ramps up to full speed on start-up — eliminating the sudden jerk that smaller grinders produce and giving you far greater control when starting cuts on large or unstable workpieces. This is particularly valuable on heavy grinding jobs where losing control of a 180mm disc at full speed would be dangerous.
